Terms of Sale

Shipping
Orders will be shipped UPS Ground, unless otherwise instructed. Applicable shipping charges and COD's will be added to the invoice. All orders will be F.O.B. our Barrington, IL warehouse.

Order Eligibility
To place an order you must have a Re-Sale Certificate number.

Minimum Order
Minimum order amount is $150. Minimum re-order amount is $75.

Method of Payment
Credit Card or COD is required for first time orders. Visa and Master Card accepted. Net 30 open account will only be offered after credit information is submitted and approved. A late charge of 2% will be assessed each month on past due balances.
